How it works
We draw it here.
LabCorp processes it.
Evolution Wellness partners with LabCorp for all in-house lab draws. Our on-site lab team collects your sample right here in our office — no separate lab visit required. Results are reviewed by your provider and discussed at your follow-up appointment or via our patient portal.
Fasting is recommended for most lab panels. Please arrive having fasted for 8–12 hours (water is fine) unless your provider instructs otherwise.
FastIng Required for Most Labs
Fasting recommended — 8 to 12 hours before your draw. Water is always okay.
Lab Hours
Lab draws are walk-in friendly during these hours. No separate appointment needed for established patients.
Billing & Pricing
Insurance billing
and cash pay options.
We offer both insurance billing and cash pay for lab services. Our providers make every effort to bill labs appropriately, but have no control over what your insurance reimburses.
Our cash pay recommendation
For labs ordered beyond the standard annual panel — which includes CBC, CMP, TSH, HgbA1c, and lipids — we recommend paying cash for lab services and then submitting to your insurance for reimbursement. Most patients save a significant amount of money this way.
Standard annual panel (typically covered by insurance)
Functional Lab Testing
Comprehensive serum panels
we offer in-house.
Beyond the standard annual panel, our providers can order a wide range of functional and specialty labs through LabCorp to get a complete picture of your health.

Adrenal Testing
4-Point Salivary Cortisol
A full-day adrenal snapshot.
Unlike a single serum cortisol draw, the 4-point salivary cortisol test measures your cortisol levels at four specific times throughout the day — giving your provider a complete picture of your adrenal rhythm and stress response. This test is collected at home and mailed to the lab.
Used to evaluate
Used to evaluate adrenal fatigue, HPA axis dysregulation, chronic stress, sleep disruption, fatigue, anxiety, and hormone imbalance.
Morning
Within 30 minutes of waking — should be your highest reading
Noon
Mid-morning to midday — the natural decline begins
Afternoon
Late afternoon — assesses mid-day adrenal output
Evening
Before bed — should be your lowest reading for healthy sleep
